With the design of this contemporary Kuki’o Beach residence, DRD was privileged to embark on its fourth collaboration with the client. Departing from traditional island style, DRD created interiors with a clean, modern aesthetic. An inspiration point for the client was Nanea Golf Club (Architectural Digest, November 2006), a space on which Rosenfeld collaborated and which featured pieces inspired by Maxime Old. DRD drew on this streamlined style for the Kuki’o residence, incorporating original pieces by French mid-Century designer Charles Dudouyt.
