MARIE HURABIELL TRADER, DR, CAROLYN CHANG, PATRICIA FERRIN LOUCKS, BETSY LINDER AND DARA ROSENFELD

By day, 2012 Ballet opening Gala Chair Marie Hurabiell Trader runs her own law firm serving start-ups and mid-size companies, but weekends and down time are spent with family and volunteering. She serves on the boards of Holy Family Day Home, Georgetown university of Board of Governors, and SF Child Abuse Prevention Center, and most recently chaired Hamlin School’s Winter Fest.
Stanford-trained plastic surgeon Carolyn Chang bring her eye for aesthetics to this year’s opening Gala as Décor Chair for the San Francisco Ballet Auxiliary. Chang also serves on the Board of Pets Unlimited.

Marketing Consultant Patricia Ferrin Loucks will chair the Ballet’s Opening Night Gala Post Party this year. She’s also co-chairing the upcoming Holy Family Day Home’s May 17th Gala, recently chaired San Francisco Symphony’s Carolina Herrera Fashion Show with Neiman Marcus, and served as Dinner Co-Chair for San Francisco Beautiful’s Masked Soiree. Ferrin Loucks is also active in the San Francisco Opera Guild, San Francisco Junior League, and the American Heart Association’s Auxiliary.

Pacific Union real estate agent Betsy Linder makes it her policy to donate a portion of the proceeds from every one of her real estate sales to a Bay Area nonprofit through a charitable giving program. Linder will chair this year’s Student Showcase and is active in SFMOMA’s Modern Art Council.

Award-winning interior designer Dara Rosenfeld will chair the May 18th San Francisco Ballet Fashion Show. In addition to her work with the Ballet, Rosenfeld is an active member of the Institute for Classical Architecture, a participant in the Designers Circle for the San Francisco Fall Antiques Show to benefit Enterprise for High School Students, and a fund raiser for the Sir Soane Museum in Lond.
